Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over $49.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
Do you ship to my country?
Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order if it isn't right for you.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@steampetbrushes.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
We're sorry about that! Email us a photo of the item and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Using our brushes
Are your brushes safe for dogs and cats?
They are designed for gentle, everyday grooming of dogs and cats. Start with short sessions and keep the brush moving. Avoid broken or irritated skin, and ask your vet if your pet has a skin condition.
My pet is nervous. How do I introduce it?
Let your pet sniff the brush first, then begin on a calm area like the back or shoulders. Keep sessions short and reward them with a treat afterwards.
Does it work for long and short hair?
Yes. Long and thick coats benefit from detangling and deshedding, while short coats enjoy the massage and a cleaner finish.
How often should I groom my pet?
A few times a week works for most pets, and more often during heavy shedding seasons.
How do I use and clean the brush?
Each product comes with simple instructions. In general, fill the tank with clean water, brush in the direction of the fur, press the cleaning button to release the hair, and empty the tank after use.
How do I charge it?
Charging details such as cable type and charging time are listed on each product page and in the package.
